You're sure welcome to submit it as an enhancement request; but there were
lots of questions about this when the newer versions came out and I think if
this old feature was an option that it would have been implemented.   In the
long run it's actually a safer methodology (IMHO) than the old way and the
developer has more control over the results.  And of course it's one of very
few processes that didn't just convert seamlessly...

Wow! That's a lot of code for what used to be just a check mark!! I am 
glad that there is a work around. Do you think it would make sense to 
ask for a new feature, ie return of the option for the user to edit look 
up fields?
