Hi Duane,

Two suggestions:

1. Is the datebase readonly or in a readonly directory
2. Check the settings for scratch tmp and ensure it's not readonly, available 
to your windows userid and has enough space. You can disconnect and set scratch 
tmp, which will use your windows temp space.
