Y'all, is it still:
[1] Proper/required to send messages as Plain Text, as opposed to all
the RTF/HTML features-if-not-functionality of Outlook, Etc?
[2] What if someone wants to attach code or a bit-mapped screen
shot/dump?
Is that okay as an attachment?
Embedded? (I guess this refers back to Q [1] ...)
