PT Karya Wahana Indonesia would like to offer off shore programming for Rbase application developers only.
First, we not looking for work from companies not involved in Rbase development and not in competition with a developer. Just to provide development and programming support at a lower cost. Programmer salaries are at an average USD 32 per hour in the United States, I can provide the programming support at USD 15 per hour and supervision at USD 30 per hour with ratio of 1 hour of supervision to 10 hours of programming. Over the last 22 years, I have developed a number of applications using Rbase for companies with 10 to 10,000 employees. Programs developed include HRMIS, Payroll, General Ledger, Membership and other specialized programs. Currently we are using 7.5 but will add 7.6 and Turbo V-8 in order to support other developers. My stall consists of two programmers with university degree in computer science. Both are fluent in English and have now worked for me for about 6 months.
