Checkboxes are more intuitive, so that is probably why they like it.
You have you be just a little windows savvy to get the highlighted stuff.
It is amazing these days how many people still don't get windows.
I have a button which toggles between "Check All' and 'Uncheck All' when I use
checkboxes

Mike: Yep, saw the posting! My client downloaded the upgrade, I sent a test
file over. Now that they've seen the list view with images, they actually like
the cleaner not-highlighted look of having checkmarks by the data rather than
the more visible highlights. So go figure -- RBTI came out with what I was
looking for, but now they've seen another way of doing it and they like the
look of it better!
