HI I need to save about 4-6 scanned documents for about 5,000 customers
Would it be better to create a folder for each customer such as c:\Scanned Files\Cust 123\ c:\Scanned Files\Cust 124\ c:\Scanned Files\Cust 125\ or Have all the scanned files in one folder ? Any suggestions on how to orginize 30,000 scanned files? I remember years ago there were limits to the number of files per folder but I have not heard anything about that the last few years Thanks Marc
