Bill,
Use the rotated label object. Right-click and choose Angle to set the
rotation.
There is no DB rotated label or variable rotated label, but you can change
the caption on the normally static rotated label dynamically by using
PROPERTY <component id> CAPTION .varname.

I am printing labels and would like one field to be oriented vertical (a
number on it's side) while the rest are oriented horizontal.
