Using the Drop-Down Menu Button items, no.

However, using the Variable Lookup ComboBox, Variable Lookup ListBox,
Variable User Defined ComboBox, Variable User Defined ListBox, or even
Variable Lookup ListView, if you do not clear the variables, you should
be able to come back and see the last selected items in the list.
