[RBASE-L] - Transfer NOTE column data to VARCHAR column in new table.

Good Friday afternoon,

I would like to transfer a NOTE column in one table to a VARCHAR column
in a new table.  Should this directly work in an INSERT or UPDATE or is
it more complicated?
