In addition to security settings, most likely, that is the result
of a incomplete/cached download.
A few suggestions:
01. Clear your browsers's cache and download the update in a
separate directory.
For Example:
MS IE | Main Menu | Tools | Internet Options ...
General | Delete Files | Delete all off line content
Click on [OK]
Click [Ok] to close browser options
02. Download the Update 4 of R:BASE 7.6 for Windows (7.6.4.30902)
http://www.rtimemachine.com
You may want to save the file with a different name.
03. Close all RBG76 Sessions, if opened.
04. Install the RBG76 Update 4 (Build: 7.6.4.30902) accordingly
05. Start RBG76
That should take care of it!
