Developers, It's just 3 weeks until we will be packing our bags for the 10th Anniversary R:BASE Developers Conference in Pittsburgh.
We need a few volunteers to handle the usual -- and unusual -- tasks during the conference. Can you help? If so, email me <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> and let me know. - Official Photographer -- take digital photos and make them available on-line for all the world to see - Official Blogger -- take notes, and post them, so people who missed the conference will know what they missed - Bundle-Up Controller -- collect and safeguard donations to our annual charity, The Salvation Army and WTAE-TV's Project Bundle Up<http://www.projectbundleup.com/about.php> (Don't forget to pack some extra cash!) - Airport Rides Broker -- connect people needing rides with people offering rides to and from the airport to the Omni William Penn - Captain Domino Starbuck -- collect money for, and pick up coffee and pizza for the midnight session - Riverboat King or Queen -- determine about how many are interested in a Saturday night dinner cruise where the Allegheny, Ohio, and Monongahela Rivers converge, around the most beautiful nighttime cityscape in America, <http://www.panoramio.com/photo/5628541> and make reservations for the group. For example, the Gateway Clipper <http://www.gatewayclipper.com/charters/gSocialEvents.asp> Captain's Dinner Cruise Boards at 5:30 at Station Square, departs at 6:30 pm, returns at 9:00pm, and features a dinner buffer and live entertainment.
