Yep, it was pretty easy to copy it all. Now it works fine. The only difficult thing is that there were quite a few form variables, so I had to copy the definitions one at a time.
I converted a couple other forms since then, and all of those worked fine. So there was something in that one form ... Karen > Karen, > > Sometimes I don't ask why.
