David -

Create a new report and place a Rich Text object on it. Put this object in the
page header or report
header rather than the detail section so it doesn't repeat for each record in
the detail section.

Right-click on the object and choose Edit. You will then see a "file open"
icon where you can import
your text file.

Widen the object to span across the report page from left to right.

Right-click again on the object and choose "stretch" - this will allow it to
grow as long as the text
requires.

Please feel free to post back another question if you still need more help.

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Re: IMPORTING TEXT

JOHN,

THE TEXT IS A BOOKING LETTER WE USE FOR OUR BUSING BUSINESS. IT IS IN
RTF FORMAT. I WOULD LIKE TO IMPORT OR PASTE IT IN AND THEN ADD SOME
FIELDS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AFTER THE TEXT.

THANKS,

DAVID
