Does any know what causes "Stream read errors" (no error number). I just
started getting the errors a week or so ago. It seems to happen after a
form closes.

John,

That is the result of reading a bad BLOB data!

A few suggestions:

01. Revisit any custom EEP defined as "On Form Close".

02. Open every single form in question in a form designer and review
    everything accordingly.

If you haven't made any changes to that form lately, you may bring
back the previously saved form from a backup copy and see how that
    goes.

03. Make sure that everyone is using the same version and build of R:BASE,
    including the development environment.

04. Designing and saving a form or report using the latest and greatest
builds of R:BASE will generate -ERROR- when running the same form
or report under the "old" version/build of R:BASE.

Hope that helps!

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
