It looks like at one time the database was located in the c:\rbti\rbg7\data directory. And I'm assuming that that directory no longer exists. From what your icon shows, the database is now located on the S: drive.
You can have RBase ignore that line, and treat it like just a comment note, by putting 2 hyphens in front of the line. It would look like: -- chd c:\rbti\rbg7\data So bring the program up in an editor, add 2 hyphens before that line, save it, and try it again. If you find that you do need that line in there, then you just remove those 2 hyphens and it will again process that line.
