Mike, Not in the properties, but in the right-click context menu, you will find "Enable Drag and Drop," as well as "on start drag..." and "on stop drag".
However, you will not find it on a Variable Image control. You'll have to use a different control type to use drag and drop. Variable list view, variable memo, many others have this capability.
