I belive it has been discussed before!
The way I rembember it, RBTI claims this not a R:Base isue, it is normal
windows behavior. If my memory serves me dont expect Razzal and the dream
team to fix Bill Gates issues!

Possible enhancement for two/three/traveling laptop display users?

RBase:

a. Reads Windows display settings; 
b. Determines number of available display units;
c. Determines precedence (primary, secondary ...) of available display
units; d. Records the user-effected distribution of RBase resources across
displays; e. Determines status (active/inactive) of display units; f.
"Collapses" or "expands" distribution of RBase resources to active units;

A measure of user control in a "Display Manager" for dealing with the
inevitable problem children.
