Associating file type to editor of choice works for me (e.g., *.txt opens with notepad++, *.rmd with RBEditor, etc…).

I am asking is there a way to tell a file to launch and use this file extension verses another. For example you may have several ways to open a txt file but you want them to always open it using ‘Open Office’ not any other text editor. ‘Click on any file in Explorer > Right Click on a file > Open With’ you then get to choose between your app’s. Sincerely, Paul D Or is it possible to have Windows OS send a troll via cyberspace to stop the persons fingers from doing these things. <lol - just kidding!>
