Are they doing this from the local computer or workstation?
Just wondering is the RBL file is across the network or something.

Thanks Marc. I have the same result as you. My client is another matter. I'm wondering if there is an rbl setting that could conflict with his system or
if his Outlook settings are different. So far I haven't found any.

Using 7.6 and pressing the Red x, even typing part of the email then
pressing the x not saving I still Exit OK and 7.6 works fine.

It does take about 10 sec to pop up the email

I have a client who uses mapi-mail3 to send pdf invoices. When the
email is prepared and clicks send the email goes out fine.

However, if he clicks the X on the upper right of the email to NOT
SEND the email, his applications hangs.

Using latest release of 7.6.

Has anybody come across this problem ?
