You can attach other files when using the print with email on. Just create the txt file first and then use: EMAIL_ATTACHMENTS specifies file list. Each file must be separated by # symbol.

They have a very low-volume email need. We need to send a simple email to another branch that would attach a PDF file and also a TXT file with table data unload. I can't use the Print with Email On because it needs to also have this TXT file attached. Can I use mapimail for this? I see there's been a whole bunch of versions, so I assume I should use the latest mapimail (which is what?). Is there any setup involved with using mapimail? Any caveats? Karen
