Marc - et al, I am also working on some similar stuff and have need to have a table of boilerplate to add in to my RTF fields. Now I have several varchar fields and when I go to print I use sub-reports for the different categories, like SOAP notes. It actually looks pretty cool, because you can have nice separators as headers in the sub-reports. BUT, the issue remains to have an table full of sentences or other boilerplate easily called into this field, either by a key combination or other. There are some memory resident programs out there that are 3rd party utilities that basically have an unlimited copy and paste function with a list of stuff like this to call up. If I can find it (I bought it as shareware a few years back) I will forward the link to the developer to this list.

We need to be able to touch a button then a block of text gets added to the end of the Varchar field. Also, the lookup text will need to be Varchar with Bold and Red text and keep that format in the main Varchar field. I am sure if this is not legal Razzak and the Dream Team will add it in the next update of 7.6 and 8.0.
