Hi Razzak
I am using DB Memo currently. Word wrap, Tab and Return are all checked.
Vertical scroll bar checked, can't check vert and horz on a DB Memo.
I can manually scroll down and see the bottom of the text and cursor but the
Property command will not scroll down that far.
Still scratching my head on this one

What exact form control are you using?
If you are using "DB Memo" or "DB Rich Text" control, make sure to update
the [Scroll Bars] property to allow [x] Both (Horizontal and Vertical).
The default is always set to None.
While in form designer, select the control, use [F11] key to access
"DB Memo" or "DB Rich Text" Properties and then click on [Scroll Bars]
tab.
In addition, check the property to for [x] Allow Returns.
That should give you some blues clues!
