July 6th at 12:00 noon (EST).

In its 23-year history, WTAE-TV Channel 4's Project Bundle-Up has raised $9.9
million dollars for The Salvation Army of Western Pennsylvania to help provide
new, warm winter outerwear for more than 205,000 needy children and senior
citizens throughout western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio and northern
West Virginia.
