IMO, For the last 6 months plus I have only been using 9.0 in Win-7 environment. I cannot say if speed is Win-7 because I know 9.0 is a lot faster. Perhaps Win-7 adds a little extra? But I will say it is stable and I DO NOT get those darn exception errors. Again maybe the 9.0 is checking me better :)
