Razzak, Tried your suggestions and had the same black outcomes. Deleted the List Views and created new ones in the trouble form. Black. Just to check, I just made a new form with a new List View. No black. Must have been something that stuck around while I was developing the trouble form. I'll just rebuild a new form. Thanks.

Tom, Take a look at the [Effects] section of the DB Lookup List View Properties for an additional option for "Windows Theme". Also make sure to check the option for "Background Color".
