I believe you "Hit the nail on the head" with me checking the Primary
table.  I need to be off line for a few minutes but will check that out
when I return.  I can almost guarantee that is the problem.

What is the defined primary (master) table/view for your report?

LIST REPORTS or [F3] > [Reports] will reveal the list of reports with
primary table/view name.
