David, You can use "Labels" instead of "Reports." In the "File" menu, choose "Label Templates."
If you need a lot of fine-tuning control, you can also use "Reports", in which case you are on your own to layout the page. In the "File" menu again, go to "Page Setup", and on th "Layout" tab define your column starting positions. Then get rid of Page and Column Headers and Footers, and just work with the Detail, and make the Detail exactly the right height for your labels.
