Check the load file for '' where it should be null. If the data were
exported with null set to a space, as is commonly used with forms for
aesthetic reasons, it would load as a space when you load with the null
set to -0-.

You can delete the row manually, but not using a delete command, because
the only field that appears to be null is the column in which all rows
are null. Thus if you use that column to delete on, all rows are deleted.
