[RBASE-L] - Do not have RB4 file can I Fix this db?

Hi

A user had a crash a month ago and has been trying to "fix" the problem on his 
own.
long story short, they only have recent RB1 2 and 3 files, can I rebuild the 
RB4 file
somehow?
