Thanks a lot, Razzak,

I will have a look at it this evening.

Anyway, my sincere thanks for your involvement and the help you and everyone on the forum provide.

And I 'm almost convinced now that anything is possible with R:base.

Hope to finish my project in two months.

best regards,

Luc Delcoigne

When I open the report in preview from the report designer,
everything i s OK and I get ONE page as it should be.

However, when I open the report with the 'print report OPTION

section are reprinted.

in the detail section I see that the first tier is not present.

Luc,

While in Report Designer, the [Preview] option is only limited
to the first 100 rows in the primary table associated with the
report. It is beneficial to preview the actual layout, etc.
However, you may customize this setting, if you wish:

R:BASE eXtreme 9.0:
Database Explorer|Main Menu|Settings|Report/Label Designer
Default Settings ...

Notice the "Row Count for Preview" : 100

In your case, you will need to evaluate the actual data and
common columns associated when designing reports/sub-reports
with Master/Slave tables.

In addition to the Sequence of Slave/Tables, the placement of
"Sub-Report" Object on appropriate band is also important.

For a sample Report/Sub-Report, take a look at the following
two Report/Sub-Reports included with RRBYW16.

. CustContInvoices (Report/Sub-Reports with 4 Tables)
. CustomerContacts (Report/Sub-Reports with 2 Tables)

Hope that provides you with some blue's clues ...

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
