[RBASE-L] - Century Settings

Since converting to 9.0 (32) I am having difficulty with date field 
inputs.  If I input 7/1/10 and <Enter> the fields fill with 7/1/0010 
rather than 7/1/2010.  My config settings reflect the Century Threshold 
at 30 and the  Default Century at 19.  All is well using 7.6 latest 
build.  Would appreciate any guidance.
