Years ago, I had a customer who once or twice a month would have table names in 
the database change. It was often the same tables. But in every case, one 
letter would have been replaced by another letter, 16 positions earlier in the 
alphabet.  


We figured out there was a bad pin in a network connector, and one bit was 
occasionally being dropped. The RB1 file was being overwritten and corrupted by 
one particular user when he was the last user out, with catastrophic impact on 
the next person who tried to SELECT something from that table name.
