Thanks Razzak, that fixed it.
I had done it before (quite some time ago) and had forgotten the procedure.
But the main reason is that I was not displaying the Draw toolbar in
Report Designer.

Here' how:
01. Select Region
02. Click on Line-Color Button from the "Draw" tool bar
03. Select [No Line]
04. Click on [Report Preview] option to preview report.
That's all there is to it!
