Scott,

Design a variable form with "Multi-Select" Variable Lookup Listview to store
multiple selections into one Text String Variable as NOTE data type. The
resulting variable will include all selected responses separated by comma
delimeter. 

Then, you can do all you need using the SSUB function to parse values

If you need a sample application to demonstrate the use of such feature, let
