The hint was the scroll bar at the bottom not being able to scroll all the
way to the right. That's because the right end of the scroll bar track is
far off to the right of the right window margin....

Really? How on earth did you duplicate that issue? I cannot dial in now

I have duplicated your issue. What has happened is the Right side of the
main window has been dragged to the left of the watchlist window, so you
cannot scroll far enough to the right to reveal it.
To recover, grab the left side of the main window and drag it to the
right
at least half or so of the screen width, then grab the caption bar and
drag
the whole window to the left, then grab the right side of the window and
drag it to the right, repeating until the watch window is exposed
again....
