Many medical offices must deal with security issues that deal with HIPPA. I am located in Ohio and if any of you had such a base solution, I would be more than happy to be the "middle person" that could install, setup, and do support. In case of a modifications it may be necessary to contact the developer for the changes or work with the developer (source) to make changes. I am certainly flexible with those arrangements.
