Dear R:BASE Community,
With the official release of R:BASE eXtreme 9.1 (32)/(64), R:BASE
Technologies will be making available a new type of license for all
products: the Remote Client License.
Remote Client Licenses are being introduced to facilitate the use
of R:BASE Technologies products in remote desktop/terminal services
server environments.
All R:BASE and R:BASE add-on products will be available as a Remote
Client License. The Remote Client License policy is just like the
R:BASE "Per Seat" License policy, where a Single Seat License and
5 Seat License(s) are available for multiple users, only the Remote
Client Licenses are for users that are running R:BASE through a
Remote Desktop Server.
As Remote Client Licenses will be officially available with the
release of R:BASE eXtreme 9.1, it is important for all eXtreme
9.0/9.1 users, that are currently using R:BASE in a multi-user
remote desktop environment, to notify R:BASE Technologies, so we
may provide the appropriate Remote Client License software Key.
Whether users are utilizing a Remote Desktop connection or a local
area network environment, the R:BASE eXtreme 9.1 and 9.1 add-on
products are FREE upgrades for all 9.0 users.
