Grab a copy and do the 'Razzak routine' to verify data integrity.
Unload, Load and watch for errors! Do this on a copy.
If you can master this routine on a regular basis and monitor the
health of your critical database, you will feel really good, and
know that your database is healthy.
You should also run this routine after DISCONNECTing and CONNECTing
the database first, to DROP all temporary tables or views that are
automatically defined (if any) when placing a RBASE.DAT file in the
same folder after launching R:BASE.
You also have to make sure that you are using the latest update
and build of R:BASE. Recent versions and updates of R:BASE have
gone through a MAJOR enhancement, related to fast INDEXing and
integrity of databases.

Always read the "What's new in ..." document for a complete list
of bug fixes and enhancements. This option is always provided
right after applying the latest update(s).
Any time you have applied an update, unless stated otherwise, it
is always a good practice to check the integrity of your database
by simply using the bullet-proof UNLOAD ... LOAD procedure to
re-build and monitor your most critical database right in front
of your eyes.
Just like anything else in life, take some responsibility, if
this is an important and part of your business or livelihood.
Remember, if you don't take care of your customers, someone
else will.
Very Best R:egards,
Razzak.
