Have you tried to make use of the Object List.

Form Designer - View - Toolbars- Object List

Then you are able to inspect all items on the form

Is there a limit on the number of items that can added to a "Drop Down Menu
Button" I have 54 items on the button and maybe I'm missing a setting but I
cannot see all of the items and I cannot see to add navigation bar(s).

Thanks

Buddy

Alastair:

Out of curiosity, I copied your keymap command on my machine and it
displayed correctly, of course it would not execute. I have 9.1 latest
version running on Win7 pro, 64bit on an HP6000 desktop, but it is not the
HP OEM version, I prefer virgin installs. So it appears that 64 bit OS may
not be the problem, maybe preloaded OS's? My limited exposure with both 32
and 64 Win 7 is that 64 bit printer/scanner drivers are not as available as
32 bit, if they are available at all. Other than printer drivers and old
software, either version has worked fine.

Thanks, Mike - somehow I am not surprised.

It seems to me that W7-64 is far more trouble than it's worth. It was
pre-loaded on the new PC I had to buy nearly a year ago. R:Base, in
particular, seems to dislike it and I don't have the time any more to try
and solve things that I can't demonstrate to anyone.

I've been tempted to buy a copy of W7-32 but who knows if that cause more
problems with the hardware!

Actually, if it's not tempting fate too much, it seems that the latest
release of R:Base corrects the EXIT problems that I had been having although
nothing is mentioned in the "What's new" so it might just be luck.

Alastair.

9.1[32] XP does not do this...

I should have said that this is v9.1 latest (10428) on W7 64bit.

Can anyone explain this for me, please:

R>SET KEYMAP [Alt]R TO 'RUN D:\DBCopy\Source\CommonCMDs\RPrompt.RMD [ENTER]'

[Press alt-r gives:]

R>RN D:\DBCopy\Sorce\CommonCMDs\RPrompt.RMD
-ERROR- Unrecognized command - retype it ( 40)

Notice the u is missing from run and source! And it is not the only keymap
that looses U's.

Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Alastair.
