Since October 2010, I'm running VMWare ESXi 4.1 with a Windows Server 2008R2 and not noticed any problems.
R:Base 9.1/64 or any other program we have has a problem with it. Full speed ahead, I would say. I'm not running VMWare on the local desktop or as a terminal server. They want to move the RBase databases, plus the RBase software (6.5++ and 7.6, windows). RBTI told me that there will be no problem running in a VMWare virtual desktop, but suggested I post here and ask for specific user experiences. Anyone done this? Karen
