What seems strange to me is that if the form has no rows in it, the F2 adds the new rows to the bottom. If there is even 1 row in the form, the F2 adds the new rows above where ever the cursor is sitting. I think it we a bit "cleaner" if the F2 worked the same way in each case, or if it was user selectable. It's not a big deal, but I think it might be a nice option.
