Select the tab control in the form designer, then on the top bar, select 
[Layout] and about 3/4 of the way down you have the option you are 
looking for [Change tab order].

Happy Monday! I assume that you have tried

PROPERTY yourtabcontrol TABINDEX 0

where 0 is the first tab.

    Good morning list, it must be Monday morning.  I’m trying to
    change the order of tabs I have added to an Enhanced Tab Control
    in an external from using the latest version of 9.1, 9.1.4.10822. 
    What am I missing?
