I have the need to insert a picture or multi-page pictures into a VarBit column. I have a form where the VarBit will be located. I have two questions:
The only filed in the form will be the VarBit. When the form opens, I would like the Blob editor to open automatically for that field/column instead of double clicking on the VarBit field/column, so when the image is acquired (via the Blob editor) and the editor exited, the image is already loaded on the field/column. Is there a way to accomplish this? Perhaps a PROPERTY command? Also, some of the images stored will be multi-page TIFFs; when I double click on the columns the Blob editor opens and all the pages are displayed. How can I print this multi-page image in a report? I have tried using a DB VarBit but regardless of how big the field is or what setting I use, it only display the first page. I am obviously missing something,; any ideas?
