All the settings are contained in the DB in a users table. Each
workstation pulls the appropriate data based on the user login.
To my knowledge, nothing has changed with our mail servers.....
scratching my head... no hair to pull out.

Once I spent a long time debugging a failed print statement only to
find out that
their email server password had been changed...
