James: There is a Directory Tree control that you can locate on your form if you want; you use GetProperty to trap what they select. I've never used it so I'm not sure how you get it to "start" in a particular place.
Or if you want them to select files you can call the LoadFileNamePlus or LoadDirectoryName plugins from a button.
