Good afternoon: If there was a "DUH!" or "D'OH" (Homer Simpson?) award I probably deserve it today.
The issue that I asked about below regarding the TRACE command was due to using dual monitors on my office computer. When I used my laptop computer to TRACE a command via a Remote Desktop connection to my office computer, I couldn't see the TRACE window. It was on the "other" office monitor. As soon as I got back to the office and tried the TRACE again, everything became very apparent. I know, "It's so simple" . . . at least in hindsight it is, says I very sheepishly. I wish you all a wonderful weekend. Mike Ramsour AK Steel Coshocton Works Quality Department Phone: 740-829-4340 Cell: 740-502-1659 p.s. Before Razzak chimes in with the "it's important to stay current" cheer, understand that we are technically current with eXtreme but there have been some vexing issues that prevented my company from doing a full-fledged upgrade. Those particular issues should be resolved very soon. 'nough said. From: Mike Ramsour/AKSTEEL To: [email protected] Date: 05/31/2012 09:44 AM Subject: Turbo V-8 Trace command not working Good morning: The trace command is not working in Turbo V-8. When I enter the TRACE command something quickly pops up on the screen and disappears. After that the R;BASE R> window is greyed out and I have to manually terminate the R:BASE program. This just started in the last few days. I can't think of anything at the moment that would've changed on my computer. It doesn't matter which database I use or what program I trace. Any suggestions?
