Do you have any EEP defined at the Table/Row level?
Form Designer | Tables | Add or Remove Tables | Table Settings ...
Form Designer | Tables | Add or Remove Tables | Slave Tables | Settings ...
Using the F7/F8 key or clicking on one row at a time allows ample time to
execute Table/Row level EEP. However, depending on the content of the EEP,
and using the Mouse Wheel may be too fast for your EEP (if defined) to
execute accordingly. Thus, the reason for lock-up.
If that is the case, you will need to revisit the LEGACY code and make
sure to take advantage of everything that R:BASE eXtreme 9.1/9.5 has to
offer.
