I would disagree. The time runs on regardless of form activity. You have to reset the timer in code.
If the form is complex you have a lot of eeps to create. Also, I would not do it on every keystroke as that would be a lot of overhead. Click eeps and control entry eeps would be sufficient, I would think. The exception would be a field the user just stays continually and types changes every so often. You have to look at what your goals are for the form.
