The default icon on your desktop is the result of default installation using
the full installer of R:BASE eXtreme 9.1, installed in C:\RBTI\RBG91_32.
The installation of C:\RBG91_32\RBG_32.exe is the result of applying the
current update as Custom/Server installation, and NOT the default option.
I suggest that you check the icon properties of your desktop icon and keep
that default directory and installation folder, such as:
Target: C:\RBTI\RBG91_32\RBG91_32.EXE
If that is the case, then apply the current updates www.rupdates.com, and
make sure to use the default installation.
Also, make sure to remove/delete the duplicate C:\RBG91_32 folder to avoid
any confusion.
