That is the result of using R:BASE without the full installation or
not having the permissions
to write the default settings in the registry.
Use the "RBG95_64_Default_Settings.exe" or
"RBG95_32_Default_Settings.exe", typically installed
under C:\RBTI\RBG95_64\ or C:\RBTI\RBG95_32\ if the typical
installation option was selected,
using the full installer of R:BASE eXtreme 9.5.
